He wished to do further studies in NIFT, Patna and accomplished it.  He started studying at NIFT but still was in search of something big and different. Later, he landed up managing the events of college such as the cultural fest and many other events.

He received the first award as best programme coordinator in his college, which was organised by him. It was the first award of his life. There comes the turning point of Mrinal Kishor’s life, he realised that this is something that he wants to be an ‘event organizer’. He quit his studies and went back to his native place.

Back to a pavilion with his dream

Mrinal Kishor was a very hardworking person, who also believed in himself, due to his hard work, he got an opportunity to work with Mahindra. It was his first paid job. But this was not the end, again his destiny worked and he established his own event management company known as Bobis Entertainment Private Limited. It is the most popular event organizing company.

The mother of Bipul Raj was a single parent. His father passed away when Bipul was young. His mother was the financial backbone of his family. The financial condition of his family was pathetic. mIn January 2018, Bipul was in class 10th, during that period he came close to his friend Kundan and shared his poor condition with him.

During the conversation with his friend Kundan they came up with an idea that why don't start something together. Later, they studied possibilities in small-scale-based start-ups. Saneh foundustry is a  small industry. It is working on women's empowerment by making them able to earn and help their families. It is a manufacturing unit which produces cotton wicks, candles and incense sticks. They also provide free and quality education to underprivileged children.
