Tata CLiQ Onboarding Process

Description

To get onboarded with Tata CLiQ, the following steps need to be performed.

Brand Approval

  • Fynd will begin the onboarding process by drafting an introductory mail between Tata CLiQ and the brand.

  • There are prerequisites that the seller will need to specify in the onboarding mail to Tata CLiQ:

    • A brief description of the brand
    • Offline presence - If the brand has any physical stores/locations (Tata CLiQ prefers if the brand has any outlets in malls, shopping centres etc.)
    • Online presence - If the brand has presence on e-commerce platforms like AJIO, Nykaa, Myntra etc. (Also provide URL)
    • Assortment details in a tabular format

  • The seller will also need to provide quarterly performance reports for the e-commerce platforms. Once the seller sends all the above-mentioned details, Tata CLiQ will review and approve the brand.
  • After the brand is approved by Tata CLiQ, they will initiate the onboarding process by sharing the Agreement over email.
  • The agreement will contain the commercial details and/or any negotiations that take place between the seller and Tata CLiQ. After reviewing the commercial agreement document, the seller will need to sign it and share it with Tata CLiQ over email.

Registering on the Portal

Once the brand shares the signed agreement, they will need to do the following steps:

  1. Register on the Tata CLiQ Seller Zone to create an account. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to fill in the details.
