Reading Listing Report

What is Listing Report

This report provides the seller with all the information about the product listings on Amazon including the product title and identifier. It includes all the products, even the ones with zero (0) quantity.
The report contains details about each listing, including condition, item note and BMVD shipping settings.

How to access Listing Report

  1. Login to Amazon Seller Central.

  2. Navigate to Inventory > Inventory Reports.

  1. Select Active Listings Report from the dropdown.

  1. Once you have selected the type of report, click Request Report. It will take a few minutes for the report to be generated.

If you want a report of all products for the specific merchant, i.e. product listings that are active, inactive or incomplete then select All Listings Report from the dropdown.

Understanding the Active Listing Report

The following fields appear in the report and their definitions along with examples are provided below.

The unused fields in the table are for backward compatibility so that the sellers that integrated their business using these fields can continue using their current software.
