Add CCAvenue in Your Sales Channel

Whitelist Domains and IPs in the CC Avenue Account

  1. Send an email to your account manager from CCAvenue to get the below IP and Sales Channel URL whitelisted:
    • Fynd NAT IP: 34.100.146.112/28
    • Sales Channel URL
      • Follow the below steps to get your sales channel URL:
        • Go to your Sales channel and click preview icon (Sales channel website will open).

        • Copy the website URL and share it with your CCAvenue Account Manager to whitelist.

CCAvenue enforces a 30-minute risk mitigation window following a successful payment. During this period, refund requests are not accepted. If you wish to allow customers the option to cancel their orders within this 30-minute timeframe, please contact your CCAvenue Account Manager. They can assist you in disabling the risk mitigation window for your Merchant ID (MID), enabling customers to cancel orders immediately after placing an order and get refund.

Once CC Avenue confirms that whitelisting is done, go to your CC Avenue Dashboard → Settings → API Keys and collect the Access Code and Working Key corresponding to the sales channel URL.

Configuration of Webhook URL

Webhook URL: https://api.fynd.com/service/webhooks/payment/v1.0/events/ccavenue

  1. In the upper-right side of the window, navigate to Settings > Dynamic Event Notification.
  2. Enter the above Webhook URL in the following fields:
    • Order status echo URL
    • Order Reconciliation Status
    • Refund_ARN_Update

Collect API Keys

You need to collect the following code from the CCAvenue Dashboard to connect CCAvenue in your Fynd Platform sales channel:

  • Merchant ID
  • Access Code
  • Working Key

Do the following steps to collect the Key, Secret and Merchant ID from CCAvenue Dashboard:

  1. Login to the CCAvenue account.
  2. In the CCAvenue dashboard, go to Settings > API Keys.

  3. Copy the merchant_id from the CCAvenue dashboard and save it for later use.

  4. In the Access Code section, Search for the Sales Channel URL whitelisted in Step 1 and copy the Access Code for later use.
  5. In the Working Key section, Search for the Sales Channel URL whitelisted in Step 1 and copy the Working Key for later use.

Before starting this procedure, ensure that you have collected the following code from the CCAvenue Dashboard:

  • Merchant ID
  • Access Code
  • Working Key Refer to Collect Values from CCAvenue Dashboard for more details.

Do the following steps to link CCAvenue PG to your Fynd Platform sales channel:

  1. Navigate to the Sales Channel > Cart & Payments > Payments.

  2. Click General Settings.

  3. Click Add Payment Gateway.

  4. Navigate to CCAvenue and click on it.

  5. Select Own Merchant Account.

  6. Click Proceed.
  7. Enter the merchant ID in the Merchant ID box. Refer to step-2.

  8. Enter the access code corresponding to Sales Channel URL in the Key field. Refer to step-4
  9. Enter the working key corresponding to Sales Channel URL in the Secret box. Refer to step-5.
  10. Click Save.
