AJIO SPF Policy

It is the Seller Protection Fund policy. This policy particularly sets forth the policy of the Platform, with respect to returns of Products sold/proposed to be sold by Reliance under the Dropship model.

By going through this we can understand when the seller needs to raise a claim with the marketplace, the process of raising it, timelines for payouts and tracking the claim.
