Create Selling Location on Nykaa

Prerequisites

Make sure the following prerequisites are met by the store/location;

Mandatory:

  • Stock (inventory) is required for stores
  • POS System should be enabled
  • Inventory Management System (IMS) is required (same or different as POS)
  • Thermal or A4 printer
  • Internet connectivity, Desktop/Laptop to process orders
  • Packaging as per marketplace requirements

Good to have: Barcode scanner, Power Backup

Store Addition and Approval

The Nykaa team will share a VRF form via email that the seller must fill out and re-share via the same email thread. The form will contain the store/location details which are necessary for the store addition and approval.

The following fields must be filled out by the brand:

Figure 1c: Address Details

After the Nykaa team receives the details and if all the entered information is correct then the location will be approved in about 5-7 business days.
