Create Brand on Nykaa

Prerequisites for Brand Addition

Before cataloging on Nykaa, the marketplace asks for authentication of the brand to avoid bad customer experience and also to avoid any confusion and selling rights issues in the future from the manufacturer of any brand:

Must have:

  • For manufacturers: Trademark Certificate
  • For sellers: Authorisation Certificate from the manufacturer of the products.

Good to have:

  • Manufacturer’s Address
  • Country of Origin
  • Brand Logo

Brand Addition and Approval

You can add your brand on Nykaa by providing the following information on the Website.

  1. Provide the name of your company and company URL.

  1. Enter your company address details.

  1. Select your product category from the dropdown.

  2. Add your Brand name(s), in the next column specify if this brand is sold on Nykaa or not.

  1. Upload the Trademark Certificate for the brand (use jpeg, png or pdf format and less than 2MB).

  2. Enter the contact details (name, phone number and email) for the POC and click Submit.

Alternatively, you can send an email containing all the details to the Nykaa team. If all the information provided is correct and up to date, Nykaa will take about 7-10 days to process that and approve the brand.
