Seller Analytics

In order to empower sellers with comprehensive insights and improve data privacy within their organizations, we have introduced a new feature on the Fynd platform. This feature provides sellers with company-level analytics, offering a holistic view of various business aspects, including sales, revenue, finance, inventory, logistics, and customer data, all in one centralized location.

Module-Specific Permissions

  • To ensure data privacy and control, we have implemented permission levels for each module. Sellers can now grant specific access rights to their team members based on their roles and responsibilities. Below are the permission levels required for each module:

Orders & Logistics Module:

  • To grant access to this module, sellers need to provide team members with the permission of Analytics + Order in the team section of the Fynd platform.

Inventory Module:

  • To provide access to the Inventory Module, sellers must assign team members the permission of Analytics + Product in the team section of the Fynd platform.

Finance Module:

  • To allow access to the Finance Module, sellers should provide team members with permission to Analytics + Billing + Payments in the team section of the Fynd platform.

User-Based Report Access: Reports generated by the analytics feature will be based on the user's permission level. Each report will be categorized and accessible only to those with the relevant permissions. This ensures that sensitive business data remains secure and accessible only to authorized team members. With this enhanced seller analytics feature, businesses can make data-driven decisions with confidence while maintaining strict data privacy and control within their organization.
