Activation or Deactivation of MOPs

To activate the MOPs:

  1. Navigate to the Sales Channel > Setting > Cart & Payments > Payments.

  1. Click General Settings.

  1. Go to the Tabby extension.

  1. Choose the desired business unit (Storefront or POS) and device (Website, iOS, Android, or Payment Link).
note

The Payment Link option is only applicable to Business Unit as Storefront. To enable MOPs in the Payment Link, you must select Business Unit as Storefront and set the device type to Website.

  1. To activate the extension, toggle the Active button on.

  1. Navigate to the required MOP that you need to activate and click three dots to the right of MOP and select Active.

  1. Once activated, click Save.

You can repeat these same steps for any additional business units you wish to configure.


Deactivation of MOPs

To deactivate the MOP in the payment gateway:

  1. Navigate to the required MOP that you need to deactivate and click three dots to the right of MOP and select Inactive.

  1. Click Save. You will see a success message when the MOP is successfully deactivated.
