Myntra SPF Policy

It is the Seller Protection Fund policy. This Policy aims to safeguard sellers from losses incurred due to customer returns or courier returns received in an unacceptable state via compensation from Seller Protection Fund (SPF), thus ensuring that the seller does not get impacted.

By going through this we can understand when the seller needs to raise a claim with the marketplace, the process of raising it, timelines for payouts and tracking the claim.
