Create Selling Location on AJIO

Prerequisites

Make sure the following prerequisites are met by the store/location;

Mandatory:

  • Stock (inventory) is required for stores
  • POS system should be enabled
  • POS system to support B2B transactions
  • Inventory Management System (IMS) is required (same or different as POS)
  • Thermal or A4 printer
  • Internet connectivity, desktop/laptop to process orders
  • Packaging as per AJIO requirements
  • Every product must have EAN printed on it

Good to have: Barcode scanner, Power Backup

Store Addition and Approval

  1. To add a store, login to the Seller portal and navigate to Modify Account Details. QG1

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Next.

  3. Click on the + button to add a new Place of Business (POB).

  1. Enter all the store details, address details, address proof, GST & PAN details, bank details, invoice details, brand documents, holiday list.

  1. Click Save after entering all the required information.
  2. Once AJIO receives the details and if all the information entered is correct, the new location will be approved in about 7 business days.
