How to access on Fynd Platform
Introduction
This section is for the customers to rate and provide an overall feedback for the sales channel.
Main Screen
- Application - Configure the review settings to acquire customer rating and feedback for the application.
- Seller - Configure the review settings to acquire customer rating and feedback for the seller.
- Order Placed - Configure the review settings to acquire customer rating and feedback for the placed orders.
- Product - Configure the review settings to acquire customer rating and feedback for a product.
- Order Delivered - Configure the review settings to acquire customer rating and feedback after the delivery of the product.
Feedback Settings
- Rating - Enabling this allows you to set the attributes and questions for the feedback.
- Attributes - Here you can choose which attribute(s) you want the feedback on. You can select from experience, quality, fitting, packaging, quality, communication, as described and value for money.
- Questions - Here you can set any additional questions that you want to ask the customers so that they can elaborate on their ratings.
- Review - Enabling this allows the customers to attach media and votes in their feedback.
- Allow Media - You can enable this to allow images and/or videos in the review. You can determine the size and count for the media files per review.
- Allow Votes - This allows the users to vote on the existing reviews written by other customers.
- Enabled - This allows for the feedback to be enabled or disabled.
