Custom 404 Page

An error 404 page, also known as a "404 error" or "404 not found," is an HTTP status code that indicates a web page or resource could not be located on a server. When a user clicks on a broken or dead link or types in an incorrect URL, the server responds with a 404 error code to inform the user that the requested page or resource does not exist.

How to access Custom 404 Page in your website?

Below are the steps to access Not Found page:

  1. Select Not Found Page from dropdown menu.
  2. Pop-up window appears with not found section.
  3. Customise subsections in Not Found page.

Below are the configurable options of the Not Found section:

  1. Heading

In the not found section, a heading typically refers to a title or headline that introduces and summarises the content of the page. In the title text field, enter the heading to be displayed as the primary heading of your Custom 404 page.

  1. Button #1 text

Button text refers to the visible label or message displayed on the button, which indicates the action or function it performs when clicked. Add a button along with its text to navigate your users from the not found page to an active collection.

Add a link to your Button #1 text to direct your users to your desired page/collection.

Button text refers to the visible label or message displayed on the button, which indicates the action or function it performs when clicked. Add a button along with its text to navigate your users from the not found page to an active collection.
