Configure your payment methods to efficiently receive payments from your customers on the Fynd Platform App.

  1. Toggle the Online Payment button to activate FP Payment Gateway, providing your customers with seamless online payment options.

If you would like to use your own Payment Gateway, please get in touch with our customer support team.

  1. Enable the “Cash On Delivery” (COD) option to accommodate customers who prefer to pay upon delivery.
  2. Specify the COD Charges:
  • Define the extra fee applied to COD orders. For example, enter '50' for a COD fee of ₹50 on COD orders.
  1. Set the COD Maximum Order Value:
  • COD won't be available for orders that go over the maximum order amount. For instance, if you set the COD maximum order value to ₹10,000, any orders above this limit can't use COD.
  1. Enable “Allow COD for anonymous users" to offer COD as an option for customers who haven't registered on your website.
  2. Save your settings by clicking the 'Save' button.

Setting up these payment options gives your customers flexibility and ensures smooth payments, enhancing their shopping experience on your website.
