Myntra Onboarding Process

Description

To get onboarded on Myntra, the following steps need to be performed:

Brand Approval

  • Fynd will begin the onboarding process by drafting an introductory mail between Myntra and the brand.
  • Once the onboarding introductory mail has been sent, Myntra will review the details and initiate the onboarding process.

Brand will have to register on the Myntra Seller Panel and provide the following documents to complete the registration process.

  • Once the registration process is done, Myntra will share an Agreement document with the seller over email. The seller will have to review, sign and share it with Myntra over email.
  • The agreement will contain the commercial details and/or any negotiations that take place between the seller and the marketplace.
  • This document will be shared internally by Myntra for e-sign and for generating a Seller ID once the e-sign is complete.

Cataloging Process

  1. Login to the Myntra seller portal.

  2. The seller will need to download the relevant template from the Myntra seller portal, fill in the details and re-upload.

  1. Myntra will review the content of the template and approve the catalog.
  2. Myntra will then provide Merchant ID and a Secret Key to Fynd for the integration process along with the SKU dump.

Fynd will need to do the following to complete the onboarding process:

  1. Download the Myntra V4 extension on the Fynd Platform. This can be done by navigating to Extension > Explore > Myntra > Install on Fynd Platform.

  1. Go to the Myntra marketplace on the Fynd Platform and enter the credentials that were provided by the marketplace. For information on how to add Myntra on the Fynd Platform, click here.

  1. Map the Myntra SKU under products by using the SKU dump provided by Myntra.
  2. Click Download and the SKU mapping file will be downloaded.

  1. Fill in sample data and upload the file.

  1. Do a test run by pushing inventory of 2 - 3 SKUs for stores and check the forward and backward journey of the bag before the full inventory push.

  1. Place a test order for the SKU once the inventory is pushed and reflected on the Myntra website.

Train the seller for future mapping of products and triggering the inventory from Fynd Platform to Myntra.
