Pinelabs

How to access

Do the following steps to link Pinelabs PG to your Fynd Platform sales channel:

  1. Navigate to the Sales Channel > Cart & Payments > Payments.

  2. Click General Settings.

  3. Click Add Payment Gateway.

  4. Navigate to Pinelabs and click on it.

  5. Choose Own Merchant Account.

  6. Click Proceed.

  7. Enter the Merchant Id, and Security Token collected from the Pine Labs Account Manager.

  8. Click Save.

  9. Provide your confirmation to save the changes.

  10. Go back to EDC Machine Mapping.

  11. Click Add EDC Machine.

  12. Fill in the following details:

    1. Store Name
    2. Select Payment Gateway
    3. Device Model
    4. EDC Machine IMEI/Serial Number
    5. POS Terminal IMEI/Serial Number
    6. Device Tag

  13. Click Proceed. You will see a success message when the EDC details are successfully saved.

  14. Collect the POS Terminal Unique Identifier and share with Pinelabs team. The Pinelabs team will provide the POS Merchant Store Code.

  15. Enter the provided POS Merchant Store Code.

  16. Click Save.
