What are Private Extensions?
These are extensions that you create for one or more merchants, but not for the masses. Your extension is not published on the marketplace.
Since private extension caters majorly to a specific seller having a distinct requirement, it need not be published. Moreover, it doesn't require Fynd's approval and it's as per the mutual contract between you and the seller.
Creating a Private Extension
Log in to your Fynd Partners account, go to the Extensions section and click on Create Extension.

There's a Remove button using which you may remove the subscriber (seller) in case the merchant doesn't need the extension in future.

The merchant can check out your extension and install it.
