note

Brand approval takes up to 24 hours to complete processing from the time the request was submitted.

Once the Brand is approved, Flipkart team will enable multi-location from their backend. Once this is done, locations can be created.

After the locations are added, the brand will be made live on Flipkart.

Once this process is complete, Fynd will need to do the following to complete the onboarding process:

  1. Carry out Flipkart’s listing and store/warehouse mapping on Fynd Platform.
  2. For that Flipkart needs to be added on Fynd Platform under marketplaces, to do that see Add Flipkart.
  3. Do a test run for stores to check the forward and backward journey of the bag before the full inventory push.
  4. This is done by adding 2-3 SKUs and placing a test order from the website.

Once the testing process is complete, Fynd will have to align the brand’s store training for Order Management. Fynd will also train the brand for product mapping and triggering inventory from the Fynd Platform to Flipkart.
